Mr. J.H.M. van Rijt joined Witlox Accountants & Belastingadviseurs N.V. in 1979. Until he resigned in 2003, he was Chairman of the Management Board of Witlox Accountants & Belastingadviseurs N.V. consisting of 12 partners and employed 170 tax and accountancy professionals at offices in Eindhoven, Rosmalen and Tilburg. Before he joined Witlox Mr. Van Rijt worked 12 years at (currently known as) PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he was involved as a consultant within mergers and acquisitions projects. Mr. Van Rijt is co-founder of Qurius N.V. where he was Chairman of the Supervisory board till medio 2007. Besides that he is a member of the Supervisory Board of NTS Holding B.V., holds different advisory positions and is President of Mobion Group, an investment company.
